The Government aims at balanced development at the existing DHRSs site taking into consideration the society needs. The preliminary idea at present is that the site would be used for housing and other beneficial uses to improve the community and environment while supporting the sustainable development of Hong Kong. Community facilities, recreational areas would also be considered as appropriate.
